The Kingston College Entrance Way Project is seeking donations.  The $3 million project is looking for donors who can make a contribution of US$1,000 each to make the new entrance way a reality. This important infrastructure structure project is the first step of a larger initiative to improve the security and working environment of the school’s students and staff.

The drive to raise the necessary funding is being spearheaded by second generation KCOB Michael McMorris who has started the ball rolling with a contribution of $500,000 from his company, Kronos Consultants. Anxious to get the construction started, McMorris has pledged to help raise the additional funding and heads the committee that will oversee the project.

Of course, donations of any size are welcome.

The Entrance Way Project Committee consists of the following:

Michael McMorris – Chairman
Douglas Stiebel - Architect
Elvis Robinson – Project Manager
Teddy Moncrieffe – Grill Work
Dave Myrie - Principal
Audley Hewitt

Several Old Boys have already stepped up and made donations.  Teddy Moncrieffe is doing the grillwork for free.  And Douglas Stiebel and Elvis Robinson are donating services in addition to cash.  Let’s all join in and make this happen.

Donations can be made online at http://kctimes.org/donation.aspx.  All online donors will receive receipts for tax purposes from the Atlanta Chapter which is a 501 c(3) corporation. US donations by check can be mailed to:

KCOBA (GA) Inc
460 Cascade Rise Ct
Atlanta, GA 30331

You may also contact Michael McMorris via email at mmcmorris@kronosid.com for additional information on how you can contribute to this project.
