Former West Indies Opening Batsman unveils Crest at North Street Gate

KC Old Boy and Former West Indies Cricket Opening Batsman, Easton McMorris, OD was on hand to unveil the Kingston College Crest at the newly constructed gate at the school’s North Street Campus.

Also on hand for the ceremony was the Chairman of the Board of Governors, Michael Vaccianna, as well as the school’s Principal, Dave Myrie, President of KCOBA Jamaica, Dr. Patrick Dallas, KC Old Boy and CEO of Victoria Mutual Building Society, Michael McMorris, PTA president, Stewart Jacobs and Rev. Canon Abner Powell.

Easton McMorris was one of the many old boys who contributed funds towards the construction of the gate. Easton attended Kingston College from 1948 until 1952 and represented the school in Sunlight Cup and Minor Cup cricket.
