Road to Recovery for HBCU

KCOB and Ithaca College of New York Vice President of Finance and Administration, Gerald Hector, recently joined Anthony Ray to discuss the ROAD TO RECOVERY AND SUSTAINABILITY on his radio show.

This was PART 3 of a series of talks based upon his "brief providing considerations and strategies for Boards of Trustees as they approach the difficult task of providing financial guidance, management, and oversight to their respective Minority-Serving Institutions (MSIs).

Hector has two decades of experience in financial management in both higher education and the private sector. Prior to his current appointment, Hector served as vice president of business and finance at Johnson C. Smith University from 2004-2013. Hector holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Howard University and certificates from the College Business Management Institute at the University of Kentucky.
