Twelve Kingston College cadets have been selected to represent the unit at the 2023 Caribbean Cadet Camp.
The Jamaica Combined Cadet Force has been tasked with hosting this year’s Caribbean Cadet Camp which will be held from July 15 to 23 in Kingston and Clarendon College in Chapelton, Clarendon.
In total over 800 cadets from countries such as Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, the Bahamas, Antigua, St. Lucia and the Cayman Islands will be on the island for the joint training operation.
The two-week camp is geared towards sharing cadet experiences and cultures within the region as Cadets participate in varying programmes, activities and competitions designed to build camaraderie and esprit de corps. The program will also include leadership training seminars and community mobilization projects.
