After four years, the Executive Body returns with approximately 80% of its members intact. It speaks to the determination of the Kingston College Old Boys' Association USA, Inc. (KCOBA NY) and its dedicated slate of dynamic officers. This elected administration represents renewed energy and direction, one that many members see as essential for embracing a modern, strategic operating model.

As is customary, the afternoon was divided into two segments: the General Meeting and the Elections. The General Meeting, chaired by President Dwayne Montaque, opened with the traditional welcome and formalities, followed by reports from officers and committees. President Montaque then provided a summary of the year's accomplishments and, on behalf of KCOBA NY, extended heartfelt gratitude to the association's sponsors, members, families, and friends for their unwavering support throughout the year.

The meeting was then handed over to Mr. Ansell Barrett, Chairman of the Nominating Committee. Voting was conducted and tabulated using OpaVote, the secure digital platform previously employed by the association. This election cycle included all five officer positions and ten director positions.

At the close of nominations, the membership unanimously elected a well-balanced mix of new and returning leaders to serve on the executive body:

Dwayne Montaque was re-elected as President, continuing his leadership into the association's next phase of growth after serving the Chapter with distinction for the past four years.

Courtney Richardson was elected 1st Vice President. He previously served as 2nd VP and is currently Chairman of the Merchandising Committee.

Winston 'Ras' Henry will now serve as 2nd Vice President. He was the former Secretary for the past four years.

Royland Gordon, CPA, was re-elected as Treasurer, having served in this capacity for the past five years, providing financial oversight and integrity.

Wayne Page, a dedicated director for the past three years, has been elected Secretary, bringing a calm, consistent approach to internal communications.

The re-elected Board of Directors comprises:

Christopher Campbell, Clinton Daley, Alvadio Golding, Tyrone Harris, Cedric Williams, and Wilton (Prentice) Williams.

Special congratulations to all the elected executives and board members, who are now tasked with guiding the association into its next chapter of development and impact. We also extend our deepest appreciation to all members who participated in the meeting and exercised their right to vote.

Earlier this year, the Board of KCOBA NY convened a special meeting to address several matters, including vacant director positions. We are pleased to announce that Mr. Devon Hussett and Mr. Wayne Morris were added to the Board as part of our ongoing efforts to engage members who are passionate about advancing the mission of supporting Kingston College.
