The Coordinators comprising primarily Old Boys who entered KC in 1965, have conceptualized a fundraising program that they believe will be transformational for the school itself, while engendering a feeling of pride for all Old Boys and their families, as well as Teachers and Auxiliary staff, both current and past. They have named this concept "The Fortis Walkway Legacy Initiative (FWLI)"….Walkways are created out of brick pavers at practical locations, starting with the North Street campus of KC, subject to approval by the Principal.
Purchasers will have their names and period of attendance/association with the school inscribed on the brick paver.
For those who have already made purchases, please accept our sincere gratitude for your generosity and steadfast support of the Fortis Walkway Legacy Initiative (FWLI).
As we celebrate the completion of our first year, we are proud to reflect on the extraordinary achievements and accomplishments made as a result of the contributions of individuals, families, alumni, and partners who believed in this vision from its inception. Your support has not only helped bring the initiative to life, but has also inspired remarkable progress and tangible results that will endure for generations to come.
The Fortis Legacy Walkway stands as a symbol of commitment, remembrance, and forward-looking investment in education and community. Each contribution, large or small, has played a meaningful role in advancing our mission and reinforcing the values of education, service, infrastructure improvements, and legacy that defines our beliefs as alumni.
Because of you, this inaugural year has exceeded expectations and laid a strong foundation for continued growth and impact.
Your generosity has inspired momentum, strengthened our resolve, and reaffirmed what is possible when a community comes together in purpose.
Thank you for your trust, your partnership, and your belief in the Fortis Walkway Legacy Initiative. We look forward to building on this success together and sharing many more milestones in the years ahead.
